Please follow these steps in order to download your correctly formatted transcript from the Customer Portal:
1. Sign into the Customer Portal.
2. Identify the file you would like to download. Click the downward-pointing arrow next to Transcribed!
3. A pop-up menu will appear showing the different types of files you can download. Select NVivo.
4. If you are using a PC, please use these instructions to import your file into NVivo. If you are using a Mac, please use these instructions instead.
