TranscribeMe now requires each client to actively decide if they wish their transcriptions to be attached to their email notifications as part of our security policies. As of September 18, 2018 delivery notifications will no longer automatically have the transcription files attached. You will need to log into your customer portal account and download your transcripts. You can find a step-by-step guide on how to download your transcripts here.
If you prefer to receive delivery notifications with transcripts attached to them, you can do so by changing the settings on your Customer Portal.
1. Log into your Customer Portal.
2. Click the My Account icon in the upper-right corner of your screen and click on Preferences.
3. Under the Preferences screen, turn on Attach Transcription in Email by clicking on the button that is to the right of the words 'Attach Transcription to Email', sliding the radial button from its default position on the left to the right, so the button turns purple, and clicking on Save.
