Downloading NVivo-for-Mac Transcripts from the Customer Portal

NVivo requires a different file format for the Mac and PC versions of their software. When you purchase an NVivo format transcript from TranscribeMe, you have access to both formats!

Please follow these steps in order to download your correctly formatted transcript from the Customer Portal:

1. Sign into the Customer Portal.

2. Identify the file you would like to download. Click the "Download" button.


3. A pop-up menu will appear showing the different types of files you can download. Download either "NVivo-Compatible file (PC)" or "NVivo-Compatible file (Mac)," depending on whether you or using the PC or Mac version of NVivo.


4. If you are using a PC, please use these instructions to import your file into NVivo. If you are using a Mac, please use these instructions instead.
