Last Updated: Nov 29, 2016 04:33AM PST
TranscribeMe makes managing large transcription projects easy through the Customer Portal. You can both upload media files and submit for transcription en masse. This walkthrough will outline the steps necessary to place a mass order and submit this for transcription.

1. To upload en masse, first make sure all of your files are stored in a unique location (like an individual folder). From here, sign into your Customer Portal and click the "Select files from my computer" icon.

2. Navigate to where the files are stored.

3. Click on the first file that you would like to submit for transcription. While holding down the "Shift" key, click the last file in the folder that you would like to submit. Click "Open" to begin uploading.

4. Next, an upload window will appear for each file. Here you will have the opportunity to change filenames and add file details (e.g. technical language used in your audio or video file).

5. When your files have finished uploading, they will appear in your list of recordings with an orange "Transcribe" button to the right of each filename.

6. There is a checkbox to the left of each filename. Click the boxes next to all files you'd like to submit. Next, click the orange "Transcribe" button that appears above your list of recordings to submit a mass order.

7. From here, please follow Step 6 and onwards of our Customer Portal Walkthrough to complete your order.
