Password Requirements on TM Customer Portals

TranscribeMe requires each customer portal account to have a new password every 90 days, regardless of how often you log in and use the portal.

Passwords must be at least 10 characters in length. They need to contain 1 Uppercase letter (a Capital Letter), 1 lowercase letter (a small letter), and at least 1 number. Though not required it is recommended to use a special character, however stay away from the generally accepted special characters that are assigned to internet programming, such as <, >, &, #, %, , /, and spaces. Though we have no restriction on special characters, these can sometimes cause issues with a person's cache on your end and interfere with the resetting of the passwords.
