TranscribeMe! has a secure file transfer protocol platform that allows us to provide a highly secure, process that meets the requirements of not only customers seeking HIPAA transcription, but also high volume legal customers, as well as companies who have multiple teams and users and need to have visibility throughout their teams for Administrators.

Speak with your TranscribeMe! sales representative or Account Manager and they will be able to assist you in setting up an SFTP account for you or your organization. Don't have a Sales Rep? Reach out to our Sales team at sales@transcribeme.com and let them know you are looking for a Secure File Transfer portal.

Once your needs have been conveyed to the Sales team, and they have ensured that the SFTP is what you need, you will be sent a link to begin the process of setting up a Customer account on our SFTP Portal. Which requires you to request an account:

Once your SFTP account has been created, you will be provided with an easy-to-follow walkthrough, which will show you how to use the SFTP portal and prepare your files for transcription and ordering.
