TranscribeMe is pleased to partner with our Enterprise customers to provide professional 3rd party call digital tools to assist our customers in creating higher-quality audio when capturing a digital phone calls and online meetings. Unlike our digital Transcription app (which allows you to record on the app) or our Mobile Call Recorder App for IOS, our dedicated Call Recording Assistance service works with your company to provide dedicated call recording access numbers, procedural walkthroughs with your branding, and assistance and support on ensuring all your users are familiar with the procedure.

How does having a Dedicated Call Recording Assistant work?

  1. TranscribeMe will provide your company with a dedicated phone number. All registered users will be added to have access to the number, exclusive to your company.
  2. Users then use 3-way calling to connect to the Dedicated Call Recording Assistant, which then will record all participants within the call.
  3. Once the call or meeting has ended, the digital audio recording is then sent and uploaded to the users' customer portal acccount.
  4. The user can then log into their customer portal account, rename the audio recording file to whatever they choose, and use the Company promo code to then order the transcription for the call.
