What does the status of my file mean?

You can check the status of your order by logging into your customer portal account and finding the file you are enquiring about. The current status is shown beside the title name of the file. Ready to Transcribe means the file has been uploaded but not ordered. In Progress means the file has been processed and is being transcribed on our workhub. Completed means the transcription is complete and available for download.
