Using Your TranscribeMe Promo Code Made Easy

Promo codes are given to select customers to provide customized pricing. To apply a promo code to your order, please follow these steps.

1: Please follow steps 1 through 5 of our Customer Portal Walkthrough. After your file has been uploaded, you will notice it is immediately ready to be ordered (the checkbox to the left of the filename will be automatically checked, and the Ready to Transcribe button will appear under the status on the file line on the left-hand side of the screen). To order your file you can click the orange Transcribe button on the right side of the screen. You can also submit multiple files that have been uploaded separately by using the checkboxes to the left of the filenames.

A box will open, showing the files you have selected and allowing you to upload any additional files you need. Click the orange Transcribe button once you have all the files you need selected.
2: Once you have clicked Transcribe the Transcription Details window will open. On this page, you can change your file details and enter in any promo code that you have received from TranscribeMe.

Please note that the original price of your file before the promo code is applied is visible in the lower right part of the Transcription details page.
3: Enter the promo code into the box that says Promo Code and click on Apply.
4: After clicking "Apply" the screen will refresh, and you will see the original price change to the discounted price that the promo code offers.
5: Proceed from Step 4 under 'Paying for your Order' in the Customer Portal Walkthrough to complete your order.
