Converting Your WebEx Meetings to mp4

If you have a WebEx meeting you wish to submit for transcription, please convert the WebEx file to a .mp4 file first by taking these steps:

Download the meeting to your computer by following these instructions. See the part referring to downloads.

After you have downloaded the meeting, convert it to a .mp3 file by following these instructions. If you are having problems using the online converter due to the file size, you can also use NCH Switch.

The meeting can now be submitted to TranscribeMe by following the instructions in our Customer Portal Walkthrough.
