Unlinking Your Dropbox and TranscribeMe Accounts

If you have linked your Dropbox and TranscribeMe accounts, you can unlink them from either TranscribeMe or Dropbox.

Unlinking TranscribeMe/Dropbox through TranscribeMe

Sign in to the Customer Portal.

Click the "person" icon in the upper-right corner, next to the shopping cart and select My Account.

Under Cloud Storage, click the button that says Unlink Dropbox Storage.

Unlinking TranscribeMe/Dropbox using Dropbox

Sign in to Dropbox.

Click the smiley face icon in the upper-right corner and select Settings.

Under the Connected Apps tab, locate the TranscribeMe app and click the X at the end of that line.

Select Uninstall to confirm that you wish to unlink the app.
