You can contact support at support@transcribeme.com by sending an email via your email provider, or by clicking on the purple customer support button found at the bottom right of this screen. 

We do not have telephone capability at this time, but if you provide a number you can be reached with the best time to reach you, our Head of Support will attempt to call you directly at that time.
