Why was my transcript not attached to my notification that my file was completed?

Please note that your notification email only has a transcript attached to it if you have indicated on your customer profile to attach the transcript, and the preferred format you would like for the transcript.

You can log into your customer portal account and download the transcript in the format you would like by following the instructions in this walkthrough.
If you are still having difficulty downloading your transcript, you can let us know what format you would like the file to be downloaded as and we can send that to you as an attachment. If you would like a NVivo format, please let us know if you want that for a PC or a Mac.
