Can I have only portions of my audio file transcribed?

Unfortunately, no, we cannot transcribe only a portion of your audio. As our system does not allow the transcriptionist to know the timestamp in the file until after the entire file has been transcribed it is not possible to transcribe only a portion of the file.

We strongly recommend trimming the file by following the steps in this walkthrough for assistance in preparing your file for submission to our platform.
If you are unable to download the file, and it is accessible on a public site (we can not access links to a non-public site, which is any site that requires the sharing of a file or logging into the site to view a file), you can provide us with the link and we will see if we can download and trim the file for you and then send it to you to order.
