How long will my transcript take?

Our standard turnaround is 2-3 business days (Pacific time zone, excluding weekends and US National Holidays) for our Standard files. First Draft files are usually done within 24 hours, or, if you want timestamps and speaker IDs, 2-3 business days.  This applies to high-quality audio files that are 90 minutes or less. Verbatim files, files with more than 4 speakers, lower-quality audio files, and files over 90 minutes will take slightly longer to complete. Rush files ordered as 1 business day that are shorter than 70 minutes, with 4 or fewer speakers and good quality audio are completed in 24 hours.
