What File Formats Can I Upload to Order for Transcription?

We accept most digital audio formats including: wav, mp3, mp4, ogg, aiff, aif, m4a, mov, wma, avi, flv, 3gp, 3gpp, 3ga, amr, caf, m4v, and MXF.

Please be aware that some of the more modern recording equipment creates multi-channel, layered audio that is proprietary to the supplier, and therefore may sound normal when being played on the same suppliers' players, but becomes distorted on 3rd party platforms, such as ours.

Also, larger files over 500 MB can take much longer to upload and will require a strong and consistent internet connection.

To avoid difficulties with uploading larger files and some .wav, .m4a, and .caf files, we recommend converting them to MP3 files.
